Abstract
--------
This lotto program supports lotto game types of Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 5,
Pick 6, Pick 7, Pick 8, Pick 9, and Pick 10.  It can also be used for
Keno game type.  There are over 300 wheeling tables provided in the
program to help you get a better chance of winning lotto prizes.
The program provides load and save functions for your wheel data, and
can generate random numbers as your wheel data.  Saved wheel data files
can be opened and printed out using any text editors such as notepad.exe.


System Requirements
-------------------
Power Lotto Wheeler for Win32 runs under Windows 95 and Windows NT.


Installation 
------------
To install Power Lotto Wheeler, simply copy the following files to
a directory of your choice:

  PLOTTOWH.EXE     The program file
  README.TXT       This file

A desktop icon can be created for PLOTTOWH.EXE by dragging from the
Windows Explorer.


Uninstalling
------------
To uninstall Power Lotto Wheeler, simply delete the whole directory of
your choice.
